Exchange & Returns Policy

Scrunchies

Scrunchies can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Your first exchange will be on us. (So you can be sure about the fit and the fabric)!

Further exchanges from the original order will incur a flat processing fee of ₹80, regardless of the quantity or value of the products being exchanged. Once the exchange is accepted, we will deduct the processing fee and offer the remaining value as store credit.

HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?

Please note, all products should be unused and in sellable condition. Exchanges will be accepted only once we receive the products and inspect them. Please get in touch with us on whatsapp with your order number and the product(s) you wish to exchange and we will help you out!
